Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

** Gemini Gift Boutique is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We do not ship internationally at this time. Orders are only shipped within Canada.

Free Shipping

Unfortunately at this time, Gemini Gift Boutique does not offer free shipping.

Tracking Information

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive tracking details via email once your order has shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Gemini Gift Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.
